About Me.
I am Sofia — a modern-day Priestess, an energy magician disguised as a strategist executive coach and a corporate leadership trainer.
I do not fit neatly into boxes. I never have.
I have sat at boardroom tables and danced barefoot in pyramid temples.
I have coached CEOs on power dynamics before dawn, then guided raw initiations under moonlight.
For over twenty years, I guided others to built their empires and I have myself lead teams, trained leaders, shifted cultures from the inside out.
Yet behind every suit and corporate success, there pulsed a deeper current:
My Life Force. My Fire. My Inner Dragon.
It was asleep. I awakened it. I burned. I was reborn. I grew with it.
And now I can finally ride my dragon with grace and it is my fuel to awaken and train other dragons.
My programs are for the modern Tricksters, Kings, Queens, Magicians — creators, CEOs, founders, visionaries, rebels with a cause — who know that to shape the world outside, they must first master the wild realms within.
I work with those who are ready to expand while contributing to their piece of the cosmic puzzle while keeping their edge, fun, joy and freedom. I resonate with those who want to feel fully, breathing aliveness, magic and power.
My journey
2006-2018
Corporate & Leadership Era
I spent nearly two decades shaping the visible world — building systems, designing leadership cultures, training thousands managers, coaching top-level executives, and sitting at boardroom tables where power is negotiated with games of lobbying and politics. I like it.
I mastered the art of influence, communication, and human potential inside large-scale organizations — from corporate level HR, marketing strategy, to high-stakes transformation. I lived in Paris for 10 years and worked for companies in top 50 worldwide .
These years forged my backbone: credibility, precision, and the ability to move seamlessly between worlds.
2018 - 2023
Descent & Dragon Awakening
I had everything I ever wanted on paper: the perfect job that I wanted, the impact, love, money, friends. Beneath the strategist’s suit, something was burning — and refused to be silenced. Followed by episodes of burnout and boreout. I was numb most of the time. Serious, stressed, unable to stop.
In 2019 I quitted the employee status. I went through a conscious divorce. I died. I shed old skins and reclaimed lost parts of my soul.
I became a soloprenor, I co-founded a company called Career-Shift.
I started travelling 36 countries with a one way tickets. I lived on a paradisiac island for 1 year in Thailand. I learned how to relax and enjoy.
I descended into my depths, faced grief, shame, and unspoken shadows from my pasts and those of my ancestors— and in a moment that felt like the explosion of the entire universe, Sofia came out and came back together with her dragon. (you can read more about it on the blog).
2023 - present
The rise of Sofia
In the past years, after the explosion, I learned how to master the new surge of energy, the new activated gifts and how to carry this vehicle between the seen and the unseen dimensions now opened.
My hands started to move in specific patterns in moments of deep connection. My fingers started to write codes on other people's bodies. Later on, my mouth was talking languages that I could not understand. And a new activating energy running through my system. All of these, I learned through working with mentors, shamans, masters and activators, are the life force wanting to express through me in order to heal and activate codes in others through love.
I got certified in energy reading, Reiki, tantra energy alchemy and have learned with many guides and masters as I dedicated my time to this.
Now it's the moment to give back, serve and rise as Sofia:
a living bridge between the seen and the unseen, the strategy and ancient magic, between energy mastery and sacred fire, between the mind and the heart.

I've been on executive boards, a champion in the corporate world for over 15 years. I have experience in marketing, human resources and sales in Fortune 500 companies, telecom, health and civil construction. I am an entrepreneur and have co-founded new projects and companies in the past 6 years.
I've been training leaders, managers and salespeople from the best companies in the world for the past 10 years. I am an investor in stock markets, big water start-ups and crypto.
